  • Appointments on Saturday mornings
  • Telephone consultations from 7.30am on a Thursday
  • Additional capacity to respond to online and email contacts 2 evenings a week

All of these appointments and telephone consultations must be booked in advance.

It may be necessary for us to alter the timings of our early, late and Saturday surgeries due, for example, to illness or bank holidays. We will endeavour to replace any surgery affected in this way.

When We Are Closed

The surgery is closed Monday to Friday between 18:30 to 08:30 and throughout weekend and Bank Holidays. If you require access to healthcare when the surgery is closed you should call 111.  For help in contacting 111, eg where English is not your first language or if you have hearing problems, information is here.  You can also request a limited supply of medicine that you have completely run out of.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency

Car Parking

Unfortunately we are unable to offer parking to patients in our car park, except patients with a Blue Badge.

Please use the Ferry Pool car park which is a short walking distance from the surgery.
